Job Description

1. Customer interaction for APQP completion for RFQ                         

2. Launching NPI                                                                                                 

3. Active member of APQP team                                                                   

4. Active member of Feasibility study team                                           

5. Confirming availability of all resources available on line before pilot run as – jigs, fixtures Etc..         

6. Validating all set parameters of machine at the time of proto Run                                                                     

7. Verification of all documents required in Project run as – BOM, Layout Etc…                                             

8. Understanding CSR to implement on Line                                           

9. Lead PFC / PFMEA team to develop Pre & Pro PFC & PFMEA     

10. Lead PPAP team                                                                                             

11. Co-ordinate with customer for pilot lot observations & CAPA of same                                                           

12. Cycle time monitoring, Manpower estimation, line balancing activities.                                                     

13. Verification / validation of Tools, jigs, Programs done on all machines.                                                       

14. ECR & ECN management                                                                             

15. Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.                                       

16. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.                                                                                                                 

17. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.                         

18. Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.                       

19. Process engineering and service improvement.                               

20. Detailed engineering and documentation for projects.               

21. Planning of projects and evacuation infrastructure from concept to commissioning.                           

22. Project implementation within set time and cost budget. Deliver projects with the required quantity.

Experience

5 to 10 Years ME Dept.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E in - Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics.
