Job Description

1. Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained,

2. Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for

3. Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

4. Drive / Lead Management Review Meetings.

5. Drive / Lead Monthly Operations Meetings

6. Drive HR Support programs

7. Preferred - Draft HR Policies.

8. Development of training culture and promot the importance of training throughout the organization.

Experience

8 to 15 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical Six Sigma Green / Black Belt. Certified Internal / Lead QMS Auditor
