Job Description

1. Source and identify potential suppliers within and outside the India. 

2. Conducting engineering discussions with marketing and engineering team 

3. Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers.

4. Planning the best way ( Lead time ,cost optimization , error free goods ) to get goods from suppliers to distribution

5. Ref : QP-11-00 –Supplier selection , evaluation and development procedure 

6. Tracking shipments and stock levels using through excel database and ERP

7. Looking at ways to improve supply chain networks.

8. Monitoring overall performance to make sure targets are met.

9. Preparing forecasts and inventories reports and monitor the progress.

10. Recruiting, training and managing a team of supply chain staff

11. Ownership of supplier selection, evaluation and development process

Experience

5 to 15 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical Preferred MBA or Business Diploma in Supply chain management, Inventory management.
