Job Description

1. Planning and controlling change management.                                 

2. Management of Quality Assurance programs or hand to hand support to Quality Assurance programs.                                                     

3. Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.                                                           

4. Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.                       

5. Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout. 6. Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training                                                                                                                     

7. Working with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.   

8. Make sure the safety regulations are followed.                                 

9. Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement and set objectives.             

10. Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative.

Experience

10 to 20 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical Six Sigma Green / Black Belt. Preferred: MBA in operations.
