Job Description

1. Study of RFQ in line with APQP to decide project requirement   

2. Customer interaction for APQP completion for RFQ

3. Launching NPI

4. ECR & ECN management

5. Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

6. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

7. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

8. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.

9. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.

10. Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

11. Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts.

12. Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department firm.

13. Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.

14. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

15. Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

16. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

17. Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.

18. Process engineering and service improvement.

19. Detailed engineering and documentation for projects.

20. Planning of projects and evacuation infrastructure from concept to commissioning.

21. Project implementation within set time and cost budget. Deliver projects with the required quantity.

Experience

5 to 10 Years ME Dept.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E in - Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics.
