Job Description

1. Active member of APQP team

2. Active member of Feasibility study team

3. Confirming availability of all resources available on line before pilot run as – jigs, fixtures Etc..

4. Setting parameters for proto run on different machine as – Paste Printing, Reflow Etc..

5. Validating all set parameters of machine at the time of proto Run

6. Verification of all documents required in Project run as – BOM, Layout Etc…

7. Verification of received material before project Run

8. Understanding CSR to implement on Line

9. Lead PFC / PFMEA team to develop Pre & Pro PFC & PFMEA

10. Active member of PPAP team

11. Co-ordinate with customer for pilot lot observations & CAPA of same

12. Cycle time monitoring & updating 

13. Verification / validation of Tools, jigs, Programs done on all machines.

Experience

1 to 3 Years ME Dept.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E in - Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics.
