Job Description

1. Recruitment & On Boarding – Support recruitment function of the company both white collar as well as blue collar employees. 

2. HR Administration – Supporting in admin activities.

3. Promote Cultural Activities & HR Events – As per schedule. Promote employee engagement through continuous promoting the events. 

4. Employee Welfare Activities – At minimum budget.

5. Maintain Employee Personal File – Prepare personal file of the employee as per checklist and give induction to new joined employee.   

6. Time Keeping – Daily attendance of staff, contract, apprentice & NEEM trainee employees.

7. Housekeeping Audit – As per checklist

8. Training & Development – Maintain training calendar, training need identification form & skill matrix for staff & oprt.

9. CCTV Surveillance – Abnormality Report (if any)

10. Admin bill processing – Follow up of vendor 

11. Health & Safety – Address health & safety requirement at plant. (Hygiene & sanitation)

12. Work Environment - Work zone monitoring record, dust test.

13. Plant visit – Discuss with employee specially female employee regarding their problem on day to day basis.

14. Access Control – Check register at gate.

15. Biometrics Attendance – Routinize the biometric attendance of all employees. 

16. Women Grievance committee – Leading the activities of the POSH & women’s grievances committee at workplace, address grievances issue of women employee, follow guidelines as per the act of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace. (POSH) and conduct monthly grievance committee meeting.  

17. Suggestion Box – To check on monthly basis & carry forward for further action. 

Experience

4 to 15 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing services.

Qualification

BE/ B.Sc/B.Com/BA Graduate. Preferred – MBA in Human Resource.
