1. Recruitment – Handling worker recruitment procedure.

2. Induction & Orientation – For new joined employees.

3. Customer Audit - Prepare & maintain documentation required for audit.

4. IR Issues – Resolving issues & maintaining plant discipline.

5. Housekeeping – Visiting & monitoring on daily basis.

6. Policy Drafting - Drafting & finalizing new policies & procedures as per requirement. 

7. Contract Compliance -

8. Employment Bond – Drafting bond for new employee.

9. Monthly town hall meeting

10. Gardening – Tree plantation 

11. Plant Facility/Supervision – Facility management towards employee & guest. Attention towards repair & maintenance work of factory building.  

12. MIS Report – Prepare monthly MIS Report.

13. Confirmation & probation – Finding dues for further procedure.

14. Employee Transport –

15. Scrap Disposal – 

16. Half Yearly & Annual Appraisal & Employee Counselling – Counselling towards employee motivation, performance management & employee engagement.

17. Plant Security –

18. First Aid Box – Maintain as per list.

19. Visual display in Factory – Observation & implementation

20. HR Events – Arrangement & planning

Experience

1. 8 to 15 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Industry. 2.Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE/ BSC in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical. Or BCOM Graduate. Preferred – MBA in Human Resource.
