Job Description

1. Staff Recruitment – Handling overall recruitment procedure.  

2. Customer ISO Audits Documentation – Maintain & prepare documentation related with customer audit. 

3. Exit Interviews – To ensure exit formalities & procedure of full & final calculation of employee.

4. Customer Agreement (NDA) & Policy Drafting – Drafting of agreement as well as new policy drafting & finalizing. 

5. Contract & Factory Compliance -  

6. Monthly Billing – Checking bills of contract, TT, Apprentice employee & Vodafone users. 

7. ITI Apprenticeship – Handling Apprentice portal, Enrollment, registration & online compliance. 

8. Employment Bonds-

9. Mediclaim Policy – Prepare required documentation & claim settlement.

10. PF/ESIC/LWF – Resolve query regarding such compliances & online claim settlement.

11. MIS Report – Prepare monthly MIS report.

12. MPCB Compliances – Renewal of MPCB Certificate.

13. Monthly KPI Data Updation – 

14. Leave Updation - Maintain leave data updating as well as leave calculation.

15. Visual Display & Guest Welcome – 

16. HR Newsletter & Events – Conduct events as per schedule.

17. Letter Processing – Issuing letters related with HR dept.

18. Printing Stationery – Receive & issue.

Experience

4 to 8 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

BE/ B.Sc/B.Com/BA Graduate. Preferred – MBA in Human Resource.
