Job Description

1. Maintain All IT Assets, Servers.

2. Maintain Mail Services & Internet Services.

3. Maintain ERP software and all related components.

4. Maintain SQL Database (ERP).

5. Administrate all security within the ERP system.

6. Maintain and monitor performance of the ERP system.

7. Participate in the implementation, testing, and design of new system features.

8. Perform and manage system upgrades and patches.

9. Organize and manage peripherals used by the ERP system, such as printers, and scanners, Desktops, Laptops.

10. Support to users diagnose and debug issues within the ERP system.

11. Provide end-user support via phone, messaging.

12. Conduct training for new employees, Make SOP’s Available for All ERP User’s.

13. Provide second tier support to employees.

Experience

2 to 8 Years in IT System Administration.

Qualification

Diploma, B.E, BCS, MCS, Any Graduation. Preferred Equivalent Graduation with Certification of IT for Example MCP, H/W & N/W Diploma.
