Job Description

1. Supervision of production line to ensure production orders were completed on a timely basis

2. Enforce safety and Quality rules at all time.

3. On time escalation to management regarding unresolved line issues and production goals.

4. Draft production reports and monitor the progress.

5. Initiate and complete process kaizens.Act as a coordinator for line improvements.

6. Encourage and motivate employees to meet production deadlines and goals.

7. Perform Production booking activities in ERP.

8. Administration of workers (Leave plans, Over time, Lunch breaks etc ) 

9. Demonstrate sense of urgency while completing adhoc / un planned deliveries. 

10. Demonstrate continual improvement approach in 5S , Kaizens , Line Yields , productivity and safety . 

Experience

2 to 8 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical Preferred – Certification courses in production control, soft skills, six sigma. Preferred – Certified Internal Auditor for QMS.

Competencies

1. Product line analysis, problem solving capabilities, Time – Management, Oral communication, Knowledge of QC Tools and kaizen, Leadership skiils,Knowledge of OEE,Productivity,Efficiency indicators. 2. Knowledge of ESD, MSD, RoHS, IPC 610 –F , PPE, 5S, Material handling and storage, 16 TPM losses. 3. Problem solving Methods.
