Job Description

1. Planning and organization of production schedules.

2. Assessment of resource requirement and it’s on time communication to ME

3. Organizing / coordinate the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.

4. Organizing relevant training sessions.

5. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

6. Monitor product standards and coordinate quality-control programs.

7. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.

8. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product Quality.

9. Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels – UPH Study.

10. Strive to reduce the expenses and increase the productivity across all product lines.

11. Initiate Kaizen activities

12. Estimate costs and prepare budgets.

13. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel. (150+ workers / manager)

14. Enforce health and safety precautions.

15. Demonstrate sense of urgency for all adhoc / un planned requests 

16. On time closure of work order and escalation in case of unresolved issues 

Experience

8 to 15 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical Preferred – Certification courses in production control, soft skills, six sigma. Preferred – Certified Internal Auditor for QMS.

Competencies

1. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software 2. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach 3. Experience in reporting on key production metrics – OEE,Absenteesm trend, skill matrix,productivity,efficiency 4. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations. 5. Knowledge of ESD, MSD, RoHS, IPC 610 –F , PPE, 5S, Material handling and storage, 16 TPM losses. 6. Problem solving Methods.
