Job Description

1. Responsible to lead a team of VI operators to fulfill VI Stage output with prime focus on Quality.

2. Responsible the training of new employees and coaching of existing employees.

3. Ensure 5S among all VI Stages.

4. To escalate all yield loss conditions immediately to production, Quality and ME team without delays.

5. Conduct operator’s performance management.

6. Manage Attendance and OT Records of VI operators.

7. Responsibility of VI stage data management. 

8. Drive Weekly MRB Meeting.

9. Responsible to drive on line rework of defective PCBA’s

10. Generate daily Yield Reports and it’s communication to Management.

11. To drive process Kaizens and act as a CFT in Yield Improvement projects.

12. Hands on experience of IPCA 610 F.

13. Participation in Line audits, Petrolling Inspection

Experience

0 to 4 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical Preferred certification courses in Lean, Six Sigma, QMS, APQP, and PPAP Etc.

Competencies

1. People Management, Communication proficiency, Ethical Conduct, Problem solving / analysis, decision making, Visual Inspection standard, Excel Etc. 2. Knowledge of ESD, MSD, RoHS, IPC 610 –F , PPE, 5S, Material handling and storage, 16 TPM losses.
