Job Description

1. To perform excise documentation.                                                           

2. Arrange for customer returned products.                                             

3. Management of stock transfer through ERP.                                         

4. Ensure Transporter qualification and on time arrangement of transport.                                                     

 5. Arranges transportation and dispatches for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.                                                       

 6. Reviews freight rates: air, courier, and land.                                         

7. Liaises with custom brokers for updated reporting procedures and valuations.                                         

8. Generate monthly sales return report, sales report etc.                 

9. Co-ordinate with dispatch team for urgent requirements and pending orders.

Experience

0 to 2 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

B.Com / M. Com / DTL

Competencies

1. Knowledge of excise, Freight, communication skills, ERP, Knowledge of packing and dispatch. 2. - ESD, MSD, RoHS, Storage, handling, 5S.
